Introducing VSorts™ AI! The VSorts platform makes the process of creating, deliver, and completing surveys easy for organizations and users. Our hassle-free role management system and customizable templates help administrators create, manage, and publish surveys, while users benefit from search-enabled dashboards and immediate access to assignments. Learn about VSorts™ AI’s unique features below, and see the User and Admin Guides for more information.

    Admin Dashboard

    • Create custom activities. Administrators can choose from several different activity templates to quickly create custom activities:

      • Forms: Create surveys with flexible question formats. Surveys are easily customizable, with a wide variety of question and answer formats to choose from.

      • VSets: Create custom scenarios, called Vignettes, designed to assess users' understanding or beliefs. Each Vignette and its supporting data is easy to create and edit.

      • Unpackings: Create custom questions, called Unpackings, that accompany VSet activities and provide deeper insight into users' responses on the activities.

    • Flexible Cluster deployment. Administrators can combine Forms, VSets, and Unpackings into activity sets using the Cluster Deployment System, which lets administrators control when and how activities are published to users.

    • Create and deploy AI CoPilots. Administrators can create new interactive AI CoPilots, which answer user questions on topics related to VSets and Forms activities.

    • Hassle-free access control. Edit privileges for Forms, VSets, Clusters, and AI CoPilots are automatically restricted to administrators assigned to the correct organization, group, or subgroup level.

    User Dashboard

    • Quick access to Clusters. Users can see and access all of their assigned Clusters from the Clusters tab on the User Dashboard. Each Cluster contains a set of activities that may include:

      • Forms: Users answer custom survey questions. Survey questions may appear in a variety of question formats, such as multiple choice or short answer.

      • VSets: Users evaluate custom scenarios, called Vignettes, by matching them with descriptive categories using a drag-and-drop interactive design. VSets are designed to assess users' understanding or beliefs.

      • Unpackings: Users answer custom questions regarding their experience on previous VSet activites.

    • Quick access to AI CoPilots. From the AI CoPilots tab on the User Dashboard, users can see and interact with all VSorts AI CoPilots and AI CoPilots created by the user’s organizations, groups, or subgroups.

    • Consolidated User Profile. Users can access their VSorts user information directly from the User Profile, which is located in the User Dashboard. The User Profile contains:

      • Editable demographics information: Users can view and edit their personal and demographics information, which allows their organization’s administrators to do data analysis.

      • Assigned roles and organizations: Users can see their assigned role and the organizations they belong to within VSorts.

      • Assigned and completed Clusters: Users can see a summary of their assigned Clusters, as well as Clusters they have completed.

      • Access to Admin Dashboard (for administrator users): Users who are assigned an administrator role can access the Admin Dashboard using a link on the User Profile.
